Deposits & Payments

The minimum deposit on betx7 is Rs 200 via Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard may carry a slightly higher minimum — check the Deposit & Withdrawal page for the current minimums for each payment method. All amounts are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and there is no maximum deposit limit for most methods.

betx7 accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. betx7 does not charge fees on deposits — though your own bank or wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay deposits to betx7 are credited to your account balance instantly — usually within a few seconds of completing the transfer. Bank IBFT can take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing times. Visa/Mastercard deposits are typically instant or take a few minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact betx7 support with your transaction reference number.

First, check your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank app to confirm the transfer was successfully sent from your end. If the payment shows as completed on your side but has not appeared in your betx7 balance within 30 minutes, contact betx7 support at support@betx7.im with your transaction ID, the amount, the payment method used and the date and time of the transfer. The support team will trace the payment and resolve the issue.
Withdrawals

Log in to your betx7 account, go to the Cashier section and select Withdrawal. Choose Easypaisa or JazzCash, enter the amount in PKR and confirm. betx7 processes withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash within minutes around the clock. Most betx7 withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash complete within minutes. Delays can occur if your account requires identity verification (first large withdrawal), if the withdrawal amount is above the standard processing threshold, or if there is a technical issue. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than stated, contact support at support@betx7.im with your withdrawal reference number.

Never. betx7 support staff will never ask for your password, full OTP, PIN or complete payment card details by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from betx7 and requests this information, it is a fraud attempt. Report the contact to support@betx7.im and do not share any details with them.
